1. Rules and Provider Conditions
- When you make a booking, you're also agreeing to the specific terms set by the travel provider (e.g., cancellation policies, rental rules, or additional charges).
- If you break any of these rules, your booking can be canceled, and you might not be eligible for a refund.
- Any rental agreement you enter is strictly between you and the property provider—we are not a party to that agreement.
- We do not mediate disputes between you and the provider and are not responsible for how providers manage their listings or comply with laws.
2. Booking Confirmation
- After booking, you’ll receive an email with confirmation details like the service description and total cost.
- If you don’t get a confirmation within 24 hours, reach out to us for support.
3. Payment Terms
Prices & Payment:
- The price shown when you book is what you’ll pay, unless there’s a clear pricing error.
- Travel prices can fluctuate, but existing confirmed bookings are usually not affected.
How Payments Work:
- Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers.
- To stay secure, only pay through the methods offered on our platform. Off-platform payments violate our Terms.
Verification:
- We or our partners may verify your payment method before completing a booking.
Bank & Currency Fees:
- Your bank may apply currency conversion or international fees. We aren’t responsible for these charges.
- You'll always see the final amount and currency before confirming payment.
Service Fees:
- We may charge a service fee, which is usually a percentage of the total cost. This will be shown before you finish your booking.
Taxes:
- Depending on location, your booking might include service or local occupancy taxes.
Alternative Payment Options:
- We may offer payment alternatives (like installment plans), but we don’t endorse or manage these third-party services.
Fraud Prevention:
- Suspicious activity may lead to canceled bookings or account suspension. We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action if necessary.
4. Cancelling or Changing Your Booking
If You Cancel or Modify:
- You can only cancel or change your booking if allowed by the provider’s policy.
- Refund eligibility depends on the provider’s rules.
- Our service fee is only refunded if the provider issues a full refund.
Other Cancellations:
- We might cancel a booking if required by law. We’ll try to help you find a replacement.
- Bookings may also be canceled if payment isn’t received on time.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are issued in the same currency and to the original payment method. Processing time and exchange rates depend on your bank.
- Any bank charges incurred may not be refunded.
Travel Documents:
- It’s your responsibility to check visa and passport requirements. Entry refusals or denied boarding due to missing documents are not our responsibility.
- Some countries may collect passenger data; contact your airline or consulate for details.
International Travel Notice:
- We do not guarantee that traveling to any international destination is safe or risk-free. You travel at your own discretion.
